Candidate Transparency Notice
1. Why You Are Receiving This Notice:
You have been invited to complete a virtual job simulation provided by TaTiO Workforce Ltd. through the employer, recruiter, staffing company, or hiring organization managing your recruitment process.
This notice explains what the simulation is, what information may be collected, how your responses may be analyzed, and how the results may be used.
2. What the Simulation Is:
The TaTiO Virtual Job Simulation Platform allows candidates to experience realistic tasks and situations related to a job role.
During the simulation, you may be asked to respond to job-related scenarios, make decisions, complete tasks, answer questions, or interact with simulated workplace situations.
The purpose of the simulation is to help show how you approach practical job related situations. It is not designed to review your CV or assess your personality.
3. Use of Automated or AI-Supported Analysis:
Your responses and interactions in the simulation may be analysed using automated, algorithmic, or AI-supported tools.
This analysis is used to generate job-related performance insights based on your actions within the simulation.
The simulation does not make final hiring decisions. Recruiters, hiring managers, or employer representatives remain responsible for reviewing the results and making recruitment decisions.
4. What Information May Be Collected:
Depending on the setup used by the employer or recruiter, the platform may collect and process:
• your name;
• your email address;
• contact details;
• access or login information;
• device and system usage information;
• your responses to simulation tasks;
• your choices and decisions during the simulation;
• timing and completion patterns;
• navigation behaviour within the simulation;
• structured answers to scenario-based prompts;
• audio responses, where the simulation includes an audio task.
This information is used to provide access to the simulation, deliver the simulation, analyse job-related performance, generate results, and connect your simulation result to the relevant recruitment process.
5. Audio Use, Where Applicable:
Some simulations may include audio responses if communication is relevant to the job-related scenario.
Where audio is used, it is processed only for evaluating communication within the simulation task.
TaTiO does not use audio for biometric identification, facial recognition, or emotion detection.
If the simulation you complete does not include audio, this section does not apply.
6. What the Results Are Used For:
The simulation results may be shared with the employer, recruiter, staffing company, hiring manager, or other authorized recruitment representative involved in your application process.
The results may be used to support review of job-related skills, task performance, communication, decision-making, or other role-relevant behaviours demonstrated during the simulation.
The results are intended to support human review. They should not be treated as a final decision by themselves.
7. What the Simulation Does Not Do:
The TaTiO simulation is not intended to:
• make final hiring decisions;
• replace human review;
• evaluate your personality;
• perform a psychometric assessment;
• assess your health, emotions, or biometric identity;
• identify your race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability status, political opinion, or other protected characteristics;
• use demographic attributes as inputs to the evaluation logic.
The simulation focuses on your behaviour and responses within job-related tasks.
8. Human Review:
Recruiters, hiring managers, or employer representatives are responsible for reviewing your simulation results in the context of the recruitment process.
If a decision is made about your application, that decision is made by the relevant employer, recruiter, staffing company, or hiring organization, not by TaTiO alone.
9. Data Protection:
Your information is processed for recruitment, candidate evaluation, platform access, reporting, and related operational purposes.
TaTiO applies technical and organizational measures designed to protect candidate data, including secure communications, access controls, secure storage, system logging, and monitoring.
The employer, recruiter, staffing company, or hiring organization managing your recruitment process may also provide its own privacy notice explaining how it uses candidate data.
10. Questions, Support, or Accommodation:
If you have questions about the recruitment process, your application, reasonable accommodation, or how your results will be used, please contact the employer, recruiter, staffing company, or hiring organization that invited you to complete the simulation.
If you experience a technical issue with the simulation, you may contact TaTiO at:
